FAQ

Which package is right for me?

Great question! Each couple has their own needs on their day. Each couple is different but generally:

Invisible String is best for smaller, more intimate weddings and elopements, or couples who don't require full getting ready and reception coverage.

Willow is the most common package, it allows for coverage from getting ready to cake cutting.

Champagne is ideal for those who want the party captured into the wee hours of the night, or couples who have their getting ready, ceremony, and reception in different locations not right near each other.

Evermore is for those who want the entire day covered, and also want their print products as well. This package includes a 10x10 10 page spread of favorite images from the engagement session (wonderful guest book idea!),a 20 spreads of favorite images from the wedding day selected by you, designed by myself, as well as a canvas up to 24x36. All print products come from my professional lab, so they're guaranteed for color accuracy and to resist fading.

Ivy is for smaller weddings outside the Northeastern US. This package includes one shooter and all travel fees. NYS tax added at checkout.

Can I add a second shooter?

Yes! Most packages allow the addition of a second shooter for a flat fee of $500. This includes coverage of the second shooter on the wedding day for the same amount of hours booked.

What can I expect working with you?

I love to get to know my couples prior to the big day. I never want to add stresss, but I'm here to help every step of the way as desired. I can create your timeline, bounce ideas, and just ooh and ahh over the gorgeous details. I let my clients lead the way in how involved they would like me to be.

When will we get our photos?

A sneak peek is delivered within 24 hours, consisting of roughly five images. A secondary sneak peek of about fifty images is delivered within 72 hours. You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 12-14 weeks for weddings, (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story), and 3 weeks for normal sessions. You can download all of the included photos from your package, choose your favorites, and also order prints or products!

Can I purchase prints and products?

Additional prints and products are always available. Each image is printed on the highest quality of paper, with archival ink.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in Fairport, NY, just outside of Rochester, and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it may require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Message me for more information.

How many pictures will we receive?

The amount of images is always slightly different due to each person, couple, and pet being different. That said, you will get all images that meet my standards. For hour long sessions this is at least 20 in an hour, for weddings this is an average of around 50 per hour.

Can we remove our engagement session for a lower price?

My engagement sessions are complimentary, therefore they hold no monetary value. That said, even if you have had engagement photos done, I highly suggest taking advantage of the session. Engagement photos are great for not only amazing photos, but also to get to know your photographer prior to the big day.

Okay, I'm ready to book! What's next?

Once we're both sure we're a good fit, I'll send over a proposal, which includes a contract and an invoice. Both need to be completed to get you on the books officially. A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $750 is required to hold your date. Half of the remaining balance is due halfway prior to your event, the rest is due 30 days prior.

Monthly payments are also an option many couples like to take advantage of!

Can I rush my photos?

There is a rush service fee to get your photos to you quicker. Exact turn around time, availability, and price fluctuate with the year, but usually for a fee I can guarantee delivery within a week. Ask for more info! (Please note: this is to rush your gallery in the queue to the top of the line, and subject to a fee of $500.)
